A: Don’t worry, Sunnyquick will set up a project team for you, providing you quality technical support with quotation analysis, design drawing, tailored solutions and expert guidance for measurement and installation.
Q: What is your payment terms and delivery time?
A: Normally, 30% – 50% of total amount by T/T as deposit and balance before delivery, Irrevocable L/C at sight is also acceptable. Delivery time is 30~50 days.
Q: What will you do if you sending me the wrong windows or missing quanity?
A: Sunnyquick will send you the final shop drawing for your confirmation and signature before production, if send you incorrect by our mistake, we will replace you freely and quickly.
Q: How to install your windows?
A: Sunnyquick will provide you installation solution and guidance according to your project situation, as well freely send the necessary accessories to you.

A: Sunnyquick can send our team to site if it’s necessary.
Q: What is your warranty?
A: Sunnyqucik provide 10 years quality warranty for aluminium profile and glass, 3~7 years warranty for hardware if working properly under correct operation.
Q: What do we do in case of problems?
A: Any problem, please call contact us, we will reply you within 24 hours. In case of our quality problem, we will provide replacement by international courier.
