This hotel is located in Kigali, the capital of Rwanda. close to the airport,4.2km from MTN Centre Kigali,6.1 km from Kigali Centenary Parkhe. The property is also 9.7km away from Belgian Peacekeepers Memorial.

Project Analysis and Communication
The hotel owner is a construction company in Rwanda ,this hotel is very close to airport ,thus the design with high requirement about the noisy proof ,this is a 3-4 stars hotel so we also need to made the design within the budget control ,thus we made the solution the building outerior which near the main road we Using Double glass with Low-E reflecting glass can reduce more than 35db sound proof,another side we used simple double glass but the two piece glass with different thickness to keep noisy proof and within budget control.
Project Technical Proposal
The Hotel Bachaumont is unique and maintains the original design of the building. The 120 contemporary and corresponding rooms adhere to the originality of the building’s identity.The Sunnyquick design team created a series of blended unique and modern windows and facade designs for the hotel corridor and rooms.
Project Summary
According to the owners, Sunnyquick has again exceeded our customer’s expectations.As the success of this hotel we keep working with the client in the coming years ,we together win the project of the Insurance Plaze,Gasabo ,Ramangana ,together 11 buildings with total amount USD4.5millions all these buildings are belong to Rwanda Social Security Fund and donated by France.
